Booking Policy
We offer different scheduling options for your convenience. You may book your appointment by phone or on our booking website. Please keep in mind that online booking requires at least a 24 hour window to ensure that we have adequate staffing. For any last minute appointments (within 24 hours of booking) please call our office to book by phone.
FOR NEW PATIENTS: All semi-invasive appointments will require a consultation prior to treatment!! This includes treatments that involve injections, IV therapy, chemical peels, microneedling, Morpheus8, and others. A consultation allows for review of important medical history as well as before and after care ensuring that you arrive for your treatment fully prepared. Please schedule your first appointment as a consultation, not as a service. On rare occasions we are able to accommodate same day treatments, please call our office to request same day treatments as new patients will not be accommodated if they schedule these appointments online.

Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, it must be done at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Cancelations, reschedules, and no shows outside of the 24 hour courtesy time frame will incur a $40 non-refundable fee. Continual cancelations, reschedules, and no shows may result in the inability to accommodate you for future services with any of our providers at Desert Hills Rejuvenation.
Please be courteous of our time. Every time we hold an appointment for you, we are turning others away for that day and time. Thank you for your cooperation!
